One Year of Sacred Energy

One year! It’s hard to believe that it has been an entire year since Sacred Energy held its first class. What started as an idea for how I would eventually spend my retirement has grown into something more meaningful than I could have imagined.

This past year has brought so much growth—new classes, workshops, new and returning students, and plenty of learning along the way. There have been challenges and moments of uncertainty, but each one has helped Sacred Energy evolve. Most importantly, I’ve learned that growth isn’t always about doing more. Sometimes it’s simply about continuing to show up, staying open, and trusting the journey.

I am incredibly grateful for everyone who has walked through the doors, attended a class or workshop, brought a friend, shared a post, or supported Sacred Energy in any way. Thank you for trusting me to be part of your journey and for helping turn a dream into a place where connection and community can grow.

You are what makes this community special. 

As I look toward year two, I’m filled with excitement for what’s ahead. There are new ideas, opportunities, and experiences waiting to unfold, and I can’t wait to continue growing alongside this community. Here’s to one year of Sacred Energy—and to everything still to come!
