Developing Sacred Energy

Sacred Energy has long been my “retirement dream.” Lately, a simple but powerful thought struck me: “Why wait?” 

Even though I likely won’t retire from my regular job for many years, yoga has become an essential part of my life—and sharing it with others has been deeply rewarding. I’ve watched my own practice grow and evolve, and being part of others’ growth through teaching has been incredibly fulfilling.

This dream is very much a work in progress—and, like me, it probably always will be. But I’ve come to realize that being a work in progress is far more rewarding than being “complete.” I continue to explore new trainings and expand my knowledge, keeping room for growth, learning, and improvement.

I can’t wait to share this journey with you and hope to see you in class soon, as Sacred Energy comes fully to life.
