Rediscover Wonder
When was the last time you felt a sense of wonder?
Not because something extraordinary happened, but because you truly noticed something new about something ordinary—a colorful sunset, the warmth of your morning coffee, the laughter of a loved one, or the quiet stillness after a deep breath.
To children, wonder comes naturally. We ask questions, explore without expectations, and find excitement in the smallest discoveries. To adults, responsibilities often take center stage. Our days become routine responsibilities, and it's easy to move from one task to the next without really experiencing the moments in between.
The sense of wonder doesn't disappear as we grow older. It just gets buried beneath busy schedules, distractions, and the pressure to always be thinking about what's next.

What Does This Have to Do with Yoga?
Many people come to yoga hoping to improve flexibility or reduce stress. While those are wonderful benefits, yoga also offers something deeper: a lesson in paying attention.
When you step onto your mat, you're invited to notice your breath. You become aware of how your body feels today instead of how it felt yesterday. You observe your thoughts without immediately reacting to them.
That same level of awareness doesn't have to stay in the studio.
Over time, your practice begins to follow you into everyday life. You may find yourself pausing before responding during a stressful conversation. You might notice the changing seasons on your evening walk or appreciate a quiet moment that once would have gone unnoticed.
This is where wonder begins—not because life suddenly changes, but because you do.
